Steelonthenet.com – Helsinki, Finland; 01 Jun 2012 – Ruukki has signed a contract to design, manufacture and install the steel structures for the largest shopping centre in Scandinavia. The contract is worth over EUR 30 million. When completed in Solna, near Stockholm in 2015, the Mall of Scandinavia will be the largest shopping centre in Scandinavia and will consist of a total of around 300,000 square metres spread across 7 storeys. Friends Arena (formerly known as Swedbank Arena), for which Ruukki has also delivered the steel structures, will be completed in autumn 2012 in the same area…
