A net structure includes a plurality of metal rightwards inclined wires including, in sequence, a first rightwards inclined wire, a second rightwards inclined wire, and an N-th rightwards inclined wire. The net structure further includes a plurality of metal leftwards inclined wires including, in sequence, a first leftwards inclined wire, a second leftwards inclined wire, and an N-th leftwards inclined wire. The first rightwards inclined wires intersects, in sequence, from the first rightwards inclined wire through the N-th rightwards inclined wire at an intersection at which a twine portion is formed. The second rightwards inclined wires intersects, in sequence, from the second rightwards inclined wire through the N-th rightwards inclined wire at an intersection at which a twine portion is formed. The N-th leftwards inclined wire intersects the N-th rightwards inclined wire at an intersection at which a twine portion is formed, thereby forming a net structure with a plurality of hexagonal meshes. The net structure is made by slant weaving.

A rebar bending device for bending rebar. The device features a base plate and a rotator plate pivotally attached to the top of the base plate. A top plate is attached atop the rotator plate. A first pin extends from the base plate through the rotator plate and through the top plate. The rotator plate can rotate about the first pin with respect to the base plate and top plate. An arc-shaped slots are disposed in the top plate, which is adapted to receive a dial pin that is anchored to the rotator plate. A dial is marked atop the top plate (the second marker plate). A second pin is disposed on the top of the top plate near the first pin and a third pin is disposed on the top of the rotator plate.

Bending method
A bending method for forming, in a material in which several straight portions extending in parallel with each other and a first-end side coupling portion and a second-end side coupling portion provided alternately to couple first-end portions and second-end portions, respectively, of adjacent ones of the straight portions with each other are successively formed, folded portions respectively in a pair of the straight portions provided on both sides of the first-end side coupling portion. A length from one of the folded portions to the first-end side coupling portion is different from a length from the other of the folded portions. The bending method includes shaping the material such that the first-end side coupling portion is inclined with respect to a direction orthogonal to the pair of the straight portions in accordance with a difference between the lengths of the folded portions to be respectively formed in both the straight portions; and thereafter forming the folded portions in both the straight portions at the same time. The folded portions being bent in the same direction as each other.

An associated method of bending conductors positioned in a component of an electric machine comprises first engaging a plurality conductors with a conductor coupler. Thereafter, the plurality of conductors are bent by rotating the conductor coupler while simultaneously moving the conductor coupler in an axial direction relative to the component of the electric machine.

Twist-tie catch twister apparatus
A twist-tie catch twister apparatus is taught that consists of dual feed rollers that feed twist-tie material through a back opening in a catch twister into the groove of a peripheral ring, which continues around the ring penetrating the front side of the catch twister through a second opening. The twist-tie material is then retained by a twist-tie clamp and the rollers reverse rotation drawing the twist-tie material onto a workpiece. The catch twist motor rotates the catch twister one half turn twisting to hold tension on the workpiece. A twist-tie cutter, positioned between the feed rollers and split ring, severs the twist-tie material and the twist-tie tape clamp opens with the motor rotating the catch twister a predetermined number of turns and then reverses at least one half turn to release the twisted material and the split ring opens for removal of the twist-tie secured workpiece.

On the one side wall, a reel receiver which is supported so as to come into and come out from the opening is fitted to the shaft receiving portion of the wire reel when it is pushed into the inside of the side wall. A reel stopper moves along the wall surface of the one side wall and can engage with the reel receiver fitted to the shaft receiving portion. A leaf spring urges the reel stopper engaged with the reel receiver to the pushing-in side.
